Delivery

We deliver orders using InPost Lockers, giving you the flexibility to collect your parcel from a convenient location.

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred InPost Locker.

Estimated delivery time: Up to 7 days

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking and collection information.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact info@tommostotes.co.uk before returning anything.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of change-of-mind returns. We will provide instructions for returning your parcel using InPost.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
