Yes, all bags are carefully designed, created and handmade in the UK
Each picture on the website will be the exact same that is purchased. They are all limited editions whereby only so many will be made, which is good for you as you will be buying a limited edition bag.
Once purchased, bags will be carefully packaged and put in an inpost locker, and normally takes 2 to 3 days to reach the inpost locker destination, and you will be notified when ready to collect.
All bags should be dry cleaned, due to the construction of the bags. The tote shopper is the exception, they can be washed on a 30c setting, or handwashed in mild washing detergent.
